Supplier Credibility – we evaluate the capacity and capability of every factory. We also verify the adoption of preventive safety practices, compliance to the laws pertaining to labour, Environment and other industrial enactments as well as Sustainability policies. In addition, insurance policies covering Labour and Stock in Trade.
Lead Time – We make sure that the selected vendor could manufacture number of pieces agreed to produce as per your specifications within the agreed period of time. we can negotiate lead times necessary to satisfy the customer.
Sourcing – Upon placement of orders, we check right away and control the quality of all material inputs and coordinates timing of their procurement and its timely delivery. We select kind of accessories and labels to be used according to the buyers’ specifications and subsequently reconfirmed by You.
Sampling – We develop and provide samples as per buyers design, quality, color fastness, specifications etc. to obtain buyers approval prior to commence production, through our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and production process.
Quality Control/Assurance – Our Quality Controllers visit the factory at regular intervals to make sure that the vendor would meet specifically the buyer’s requirement. Our quality control personnel are stationed at all manufacturing or vendor locations to ensure that all production would meet buyer’s specified requirements.
Our Quality Controllers conduct Inline inspection, Pre-final inspection to ensure that product items to meet the buyers’ quality standard.
Packaging – Only approved goods are packed and buyer is assured of getting quality merchandise. Care is also taken to see whether all packing instructions of the buyer are respected.
Shipment release to where house– We also conduct final inspection on behalf of the buyer.
Shipment/Cargo Handling – All shipping documents are reviewed and verified accordingly as per buyers’ instruction. All cargo is handled by reputable forwarder to obtain correct information regarding ETD and ETA of vessels because time of delivery is as important for us as it is to the buyer.
